I have often been asked, “Where do you feel at home?”
After thinking the question over for only a short moment, my answer was clear – “wherever my family is…..”
I am an American from the West Coast living in Germany for 35 years and nearly 5 years as an Expat in Mexico City.
Coming from the Los Angeles area, I grew up in a “Melting Pot”. Diverged in different languages and cultures on a daily basis.
As a mother of three and married to a German, diversity, and languages are still a strong aspect in my own personal life.
Through my personal experience of living in three different countries on 2 different continents for longer periods of time, I understand and can adapt concepts that fulfill the clients’ particular wishes and expectations.
My goal and wishes for training and coaching are to minimize the intercultural and language competence barriers between companies and the countries they wish to further develop.
